Fathom is now part of Superhuman

Fathom was built on a simple belief: the most valuable knowledge inside a company is spoken, not written. It lives in meetings, calls, and conversations, and for years, most of it disappeared the moment the call ended.

We started by fixing that. We built transcripts and summaries accurate enough that people didn't have to rely on their memory. Then we built bot-free capture, Ask Fathom to query across all past calls, trackers to surface the moments that matter, and integrations that let teams bring what happens in meetings into the tools they already use.

That work has made Fathom the AI meeting partner used by hundreds of thousands of companies to capture, search, and act on what happens in meetings. Fathom was recognized in G2's 2026 Best Software Awards Top 100, named HubSpot's 2025 Most Used App of the Year, and is rated five stars by nearly 7,000 G2 reviewers.

Today, we're happy to announce that Fathom is now officially part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform bringing AI to wherever people work.

The job is getting bigger

As Fathom has grown, so has the job of a notetaker. Capturing a meeting accurately is still the foundation. But increasingly, the opportunity is what happens after that.

The next step is less about searching and more about acting. Instead of a person hunting through calls for the moment that matters, the right context should find the person who needs it. If a customer explains a problem on a call, that context should be there when someone follows up. If a team makes a decision, someone shouldn't have to manually carry it into the document or system where the work continues. And as people delegate more tasks to the AI agents working alongside them, those agents should be able to draw on the conversations that explain what people asked for, decided, and committed to.

Making meeting knowledge useful wherever people work has always been part of Fathom's vision. But making that possible across all the places where work happens is bigger than what Fathom could build alone.

That’s why we joined Superhuman

Superhuman is building a connected suite of apps and agents that use context from across the workday. The suite spans email, calendar, collaborative documents, and databases. Fathom adds another piece to that picture: meeting intelligence.

That's what makes this combination exciting to us. We can keep getting better at capturing and understanding conversations while connecting meeting knowledge with the rest of someone's work. Instead of sitting apart from the emails, documents, and workflows that come next, it can help inform what happens next.

Superhuman Go, the proactive AI assistant, extends that opportunity across the tools people already use. Go works across 1 million apps and websites, giving people and the agents working alongside them a way to put meeting knowledge to use wherever work happens.

We get to keep building toward the same goal we've always had: the best notetaker possible. But now we can build it as part of something bigger, with more ways for the knowledge inside meetings to help move work forward.

What this means for you

Nothing changes today for Fathom users. Same app, same login, same product experience. Our commitment hasn't changed either. We'll continue investing in the technology our users rely on today, now as part of Superhuman.

You can already get a glimpse of what being part of Superhuman can open up. Our Fathom connector in Superhuman Go is already live. From inside Go, you can ask Fathom about any past meeting—summaries, transcripts, action items, and recordings—and bring what you need directly into the work you're doing.

Fathom has always been building toward helping people show up at their best and moving work forward. Joining Superhuman brings us one step closer.
