This quarter has been one of our most productive periods yet – from major upgrades to coaching and AI scorecards, to foundational enhancements that pave the way for two of our biggest upcoming releases: account-wide Ask Fathom and notes-only recording without the bot.
Here’s a look at what’s new and what’s coming next.
Coaching has been our fastest-moving area of development this quarter. These updates – all driven by customer feedback – make AI Scorecards more accurate, more actionable, and more tightly integrated into your daily sales workflow. Learn more.
See weekly or monthly charts that show how your team (or individual reps) are improving call over call.
Choose from popular frameworks like MEDDPICC, SPICED, and more without configuring anything.
View detailed insights for each rep, including their score trends and the calls contributing to those scores.
Decide whether score visibility is manager-only or shared with reps, depending on your coaching approach.
Meeting types help you label calls by purpose so Fathom can summarize and evaluate them more accurately. Each meeting type acts as a framework for how that conversation is typically run, and when paired with scorecards, ensures every call is measured against the right criteria.

Now, all of your action items captured during Fathom calls can automatically sync into your Asana projects – no copy-pasting and no missed follow-ups. Learn more.

Developers: If you are a potential partner and want to let Fathom users pull their meeting data into your app, create an OAuth App.
Fathom now adapts more intelligently to your workflows with tailored language and improved accuracy. Create custom dictionaries so Fathom can learn to speak your company's language. Think: improved accuracy for product names and internal vocab so you can focus on the conversation, not on taking (or editing) notes.

And it's about to get even better
Ask Fathom is about to get a major upgrade. Soon, you’ll be able to ask questions across all the meetings you have access to – not just the call you’re viewing. It’s a faster, more powerful way to surface insights from your entire team’s conversations, without digging through recordings. We’ll begin rolling this out to Team and Business plans in a phased release, with a broader announcement to follow once it’s fully available.
We’re building a new recording experience that gives you all the power of Fathom without needing a meeting bot to join your calls. This will make capturing transcripts simpler, more flexible, and possible across more tools than ever before. It’s a foundational shift for the product, and we can’t wait to share more soon!
