The Growth Partner Program is for consultants, agencies, advisors, and operators who help teams scale and improve operations. Strong fits often work in RevOps, CRM implementation, AI productivity, business operations, coaching, or knowledge management. Applications are reviewed based on factors like client base, partner ecosystem, experience with Fathom, and overall fit.
I'm new to using Fathom, can I apply to the program?
As long as you have an active Fathom account, you’re welcome to apply to the Growth Partner Program. That said, we typically see the most successful partners already using Fathom regularly and actively championing it within their workflows and client engagements. Familiarity with the product helps partners better identify opportunities, share best practices, and drive value for their clients.
I applied - how long does it take to get an answer?
It usually takes our team up to 48 hours to process your application. Please note that you need to use your business email to be considered.
How can I refer people and earn commissions?
Eligible Growth Partners earn commission by referring new customers to Fathom through their unique PartnerStack link, which is provided upon acceptance into the program. When someone you refer signs up and becomes a paying Team or Business plan customer, you receive commission payouts based on your partnership terms.
How will I be able to track my results?
You will have access to a dedicated partner portal (PartnerStack) where you can see your referred business, commission and payouts. This is also where you will access the tools and resources you need to introduce Fathom to your clients and community.
When and how do I get paid?
At the end of each month, your rewards are calculated and available for cash-out through PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods available for non-PayPal regions) and paid via PartnerStack.
How long do cookies last for?
We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.
