After a month of testing, this is what we've concluded: Fathom's AI meeting summaries are great, and the action items / tasks it generates are accurate and complete. The HubSpot integration works very well, and the fact that it automatically logs the meetings with the summary and a video link was a key selling point. Outperformed Otter and Fireflies, hands down, in every category we tested. I use it for every meeting. It was easy to onboard, easy to configure, and support was also amazing, both throughout my trial to check on me, and after I purchased.
