MISSION

An AI business assistant that knows what was said on every client call

Request a mission

What it does

This mission turns your AI into a business assistant that knows every client. Your Fathom call recaps sit next to the client's tasks in ClickUp, their deal in HubSpot, recent Slack and Gmail threads and their invoices in QuickBooks. Ask "where are we with this client?" and the answer includes what was said on the last call.

Binee ships a native Fathom integration that does this in one workspace: connect Fathom once and every recap lands next to the rest of the client's history. You can build the same thing in ChatGPT or Claude by connecting Fathom and your other tools.

Who it's for

Agency owners, operators and account managers who juggle many clients and need the full picture before every conversation.

The flight plan

Set it up once, then ask about a client before any call, review or invoice conversation.

  1. Connect Fathom to Binee, or to ChatGPT or Claude along with your task, CRM, email and accounting tools.
  2. Ask about one client and check that the answer pulls from each source.
  3. Run the starter prompt before your next client call.
  4. Ask follow-ups, like whether what was promised on the call matches what's in the task list.
  5. Use it in weekly client reviews to spot accounts that need attention.

RULES

Say which source each fact came from.

Put what was said on the latest call first.

Flag mismatches between what was promised and what's in the task list.

Include overdue invoices only when they matter to the question.

Say so when a source has nothing on the client.

What good looks like

A good answer connects what the client said to what's actually happening. A mediocre one lists every task with their name on it.

GOOD

"Last call (Oct 30): they asked to move the launch to December. ClickUp still shows a Nov 15 deadline. HubSpot renewal is open at $24k. One invoice is 20 days overdue. Suggest raising both on Thursday's call."

MEDIOCRE

"Client has 14 open tasks in ClickUp and an active deal in HubSpot."

STARTER PROMPT

⧉ Copy

Tell me where we are with [client]. Use Fathom for what was said on our recent calls, and check our task tool, CRM, email and invoices for the same client.

Lead with the latest call, then flag anything that doesn't match: promises not reflected in tasks, deal stages that look off or invoices that are overdue. Say which source each point came from, and suggest what to raise on our next call.

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

How do I get one view of a client across all my tools?

Connect Fathom and your other tools to one AI assistant. Binee does this in a single workspace with a native Fathom integration, or you can connect Fathom, your CRM, task tool and email to ChatGPT or Claude.

Do I need Binee to run this?

No. Binee packages it in one workspace, but you can run the same mission in ChatGPT or Claude with Fathom and your other tools connected.

Which Fathom plan do I need to run this skill in ChatGPT or Claude?

Any Fathom plan, including Free. The skill reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude, which is on every plan.

What is an AI business assistant?

An AI business assistant answers questions and handles tasks using your company's own data, like client calls, tasks, deals and invoices. It saves you from checking each tool separately.
