REQUEST A MISSION

Tell us the meeting and what should happen after it. More detail means a sharper flight plan.

Request a mission

What it does

This mission builds an AI clone of your expertise. Export every call you've had in Fathom, along with email threads and old docs, then have AI sort it by topic and turn it into lesson cards: the claim, the detail and the quote where you said it. Clients ask questions in ChatGPT or Claude and get answers grounded in what you've actually said.

It refreshes every month with new calls, and it's built to say "let's discuss this on a call" when a question needs your judgment.

Who it's for

Consultants, advisors and coaches whose clients ask the same questions between sessions.

The flight plan

Build it once from your call history, then refresh it monthly.

  1. Export your calls with TranscriptExporter or Fathom's Public API, along with email and docs.
  2. Run the first part of the starter prompt to propose topics and score how much material supports each.
  3. Keep the topics with strong support and generate lesson cards for them.
  4. Write guardrails: quote, don't invent, and send big decisions to a call.
  5. Share it with clients through ChatGPT or Claude, and refresh monthly.

RULES

Answer only from your own material, and quote it.

Mark anything that's extrapolated rather than said.

Don't invent stories or client examples.

Send big decisions to a call with you.

Leave out anything clients told you in confidence.

What good looks like

A good answer sounds like you and tells the client where you said it. A mediocre one sounds like a generic chatbot.

GOOD

"On your first hire: 'Hire for the job you hate most, not the job you're worst at' (call, Mar 14). For your situation, this is worth a call. Want to book one?"

MEDIOCRE

"There are many factors to consider when making your first hire."

STARTER PROMPT

⧉ Copy

Here is my exported call history, email and docs. Propose the topics I talk about most, and score each from 0 to 100 on how much material supports it.

For topics scoring 75 or higher, write lesson cards with a claim, the detail and a supporting quote with its date. Never invent examples, mark anything extrapolated, and when a question needs a real decision, suggest booking a call.

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

How do I create an AI version of myself?

Gather what you've said and written: your Fathom calls, email and docs. Have AI organize it into topics and lesson cards with quotes, add guardrails, and let clients ask it questions through ChatGPT or Claude.

Will it give clients bad advice?

The rules keep it to your own material, mark anything extrapolated and send big decisions to a call with you. Review its answers before sharing it widely.

Which Fathom plan do I need to run this skill in ChatGPT or Claude?

Any Fathom plan, including Free. Exporting your calls uses Fathom's Public API, and the AI reads them in ChatGPT or Claude through Fathom's MCP integration. Both are on every plan.

What is an AI clone?

An AI clone is an AI trained on one person's knowledge or voice so it can answer the way they would. For experts, it's a way to share advice between sessions without being on every call.
