REQUEST A MISSION

Tell us the meeting and what should happen after it. More detail means a sharper flight plan.

Request a mission

What it does

This mission builds an AI employee for each client account. It pulls campaign results from your ad platform, lead status from your CRM or sheet, upcoming and past meetings from the calendar and call transcripts from Fathom, then keeps all of it in one knowledge base for that client. The client, or your team, can ask it anything about the account, and it sends recurring reports on a schedule.

The original build ran on OpenClaw with persistent memory. A separate Claude or ChatGPT project for each client, with Fathom connected, covers the same ground with less setup.

Who it's for

Agencies and consultants who manage several client accounts and spend too much time answering status questions.

The flight plan

Set it up once per client, then let the scheduled reports run.

  1. Create one assistant or project for each client.
  2. Connect Fathom and the client's ad, CRM and calendar data.
  3. Load the account basics: goals, offer, contacts and what success looks like.
  4. Run the starter prompt to produce the first weekly report.
  5. Schedule the report, and decide whether the client gets direct access.

RULES

Keep each client's data in its own assistant. Never mix accounts.

Use only call transcripts the client knows are captured.

Show the source for every number.

Review reports yourself before they go to the client at first.

Set clear limits on what it can change versus report.

What good looks like

A good AI employee answers a client question with numbers and context from their own account. A mediocre one gives generic marketing advice.

GOOD

"Leads dropped this week, mostly from the retargeting campaign that paused on Tuesday. On last Thursday's call you asked us to shift budget to prospecting, which is now live. Three new leads booked calls for next week."

MEDIOCRE

"Your campaigns are performing well. Consider testing new creative."

STARTER PROMPT

⧉ Copy

You are the AI account assistant for [client]. Use Fathom to read our meetings with [client] from the last 30 days, then review this week's ad results and lead status from [ad platform] and [CRM or sheet].

Write a weekly report: what changed in results and why, what we agreed on recent calls and where it stands, upcoming meetings and the three things the client should know. Show the source for every number, and flag anything that needs a decision from the client.

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

How do I build an AI assistant for each client?

Give each client their own assistant or project with their data connected: ad results, leads, calendar and call transcripts from Fathom. Load their goals and contacts, then schedule a weekly report so the assistant earns trust before clients use it directly.

Is it safe to give clients access?

Keep each client's data separate, connect only sources they've agreed to and review what the assistant says before giving direct access. Many agencies start with internal use and open it up once they trust the output.

Which Fathom plan do I need to run this skill in ChatGPT or Claude?

Any Fathom plan, including Free. The skill reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude, which is on every plan.

What is an AI employee?

An AI employee is an AI agent set up to handle a defined role, like reporting, research or answering questions, with access to the tools and data that role needs. It works alongside people rather than replacing them.
