MISSION

A customer 360 view that updates after every call

Before every client update, someone rereads old calls and emails to remember where things stand. This mission keeps one living file per client so nobody has to.

REQUEST A MISSION

Tell us the meeting and what should happen after it. More detail means a sharper flight plan.

Request a mission

What it does

This mission keeps a customer 360 view for each client in one file. After a call, ChatGPT or Claude pulls the client's recent Fathom meetings and email threads, compares them with the existing file and adds what's new: who they are, what they bought, where the project stands, how they like to communicate and what's been promised, each with its source and date.

It also drafts a status update and saves it for your review. It never sends anything on its own.

Who it's for

Consultants, account managers and customer success teams juggling many clients, where a missed promise or forgotten detail costs trust.

The flight plan

Run it after every client call. For strategic accounts, pair it with the account plan template mission.

  1. Connect Fathom and your email to ChatGPT or Claude, along with Notion or wherever your client files live.
  2. Create a client file with the sections in the starter prompt.
  3. After a call, run the starter prompt for that client.
  4. Review what changed and read the draft update.
  5. Send the update yourself.

RULES

Add to the file. Never overwrite history without noting it.

Record every promise with who made it and when.

Note the source and date for each new fact.

Draft updates. Never send them automatically.

Show what changed since the last run.

What good looks like

A good client file lets anyone on the team pick up the account tomorrow. A mediocre one is a pile of call summaries.

GOOD

"Promised: revised timeline by Friday (Sam, Oct 14 call). Prefers short updates with the decision up top. Changed since last run: reporting module added to scope, per the Oct 14 call and Oct 15 email."

MEDIOCRE

"Had a good call with the client. Things are progressing well."

STARTER PROMPT

⧉ Copy

Use Fathom to pull my meetings with [client] from the last 30 days, and check my email for recent threads with them.

Compare what you find with my client file for [client]. Add anything new under these sections: who they are, what they bought, where things stand, how they like to be communicated with and what's been promised by either side. Include the source and date for each new item.

Then show me what changed since the last update and draft a short status update for the client. Don't send it.

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

How do I build a customer 360 view?

Bring everything you know about a customer into one place: their meetings, emails, what they bought and what's been promised. Connecting Fathom and your email to ChatGPT or Claude lets AI update that file after every call, with a source and date for each fact.

Will it send updates to clients?

No. The mission drafts the status update and saves it for you. You review, edit and send it yourself.

Which Fathom plan do I need to run this skill in ChatGPT or Claude?

Any Fathom plan, including Free. The skill reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude, which is on every plan.

What is a customer 360 view?

A customer 360 view is a single, complete picture of a customer: who they are, their history with you, open issues and what they need next. It lets anyone on the team serve the account without starting from scratch.
