MISSION
A kickoff call is where the client explains the offer, the buyer and what has worked before. This mission turns it into ad angles and creative briefs the same day.

After a client kickoff, this mission reads the call transcript alongside the client's website and restates the offer in plain terms. Then it writes four or five ad angles, each with a hook, the pain point it speaks to and an image prompt your designer or image tool can work from.
Once results come in, you log the winning angle back into the skill, so each new client in that industry starts from what has already worked.
Agencies and in-house marketers who launch paid campaigns for new offers often. If your kickoff calls are captured in Fathom, most of the creative brief exists before the call ends.
Run it after every kickoff call, then update the skill two weeks into the campaign.
Build angles from the client's own words on the call.
Give each angle one clear pain point or desire.
Never promise results the client didn't claim.
Log why an angle won, not only that it ran.
Keep each industry's notes separate.
A good angle sounds like the client's buyer talking. A mediocre one could run for any company in the category.
"Angle: Stop chasing approvals. Hook: 'Your quotes sit in someone's inbox for three days.' Pain: slow sign-off from finance, raised twice on the kickoff call. Image prompt: a stack of unopened envelopes on a desk, one marked urgent."
"Angle: Save time and money. Hook: The all-in-one platform for growing businesses."

Restate the client's offer in two sentences: who it's for, what problem it solves and why it's different. Then write 4–5 ad angles. For each, give a hook, the pain point or desire it targets, the quote from the call that supports it and one image prompt.
If I've saved notes on winning angles for this industry, use them as a starting point.
Questions? We’ve got you covered.
Start with how the client and their buyers describe the problem. A kickoff call is full of that language, so reading the transcript alongside the client's website gives AI enough to restate the offer and draft several angles, each tied to a specific pain point.
It can draft strong starting points, especially when it works from a real call instead of a product description. Test the angles, keep a person on final creative and feed the winners back so the next brief starts from what worked.
Any Fathom plan, including Free. The skill reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude, which is on every plan.
An ad angle is the specific reason an ad gives someone to care: the problem, desire or belief it speaks to. One offer can have many angles, and testing several is how teams find the one that moves buyers.
A new mission launches every 1–2 weeks – real ways Fathom users are turning meetings into content, intelligence, and outcomes nobody expects. Subscribe and we'll send the new ones as they go live.
