Request a mission

What it does

This mission works as a LinkedIn post generator that drafts from your own meetings instead of a blank prompt. Connect Fathom to ChatGPT or Claude, and it reads the past week's calls for the moments worth sharing: a lesson from a client project, a question prospects keep asking, an opinion you argued well. Each one becomes a post draft in your voice, along with the line from the call it came from.

Some calls hold enough for more than one post. A long Q&A or workshop can become a carousel outline, one slide per question.

Who it's for

Founders, marketers and sellers who want to post consistently but don't have time to start from zero. If you talk about your work all day, the material already exists. This gets it out of your calls and onto the page.

The flight plan

Run it weekly, on the day you plan your posts. It works best paired with a voice guide, like the one from the AI ghostwriter mission.

  1. Connect Fathom to ChatGPT or Claude.
  2. Run the starter prompt on last week's external calls.
  3. Pick the three ideas that sound most like you and ask for full drafts.
  4. Edit each draft, then schedule it.
  5. For a long Q&A call, ask for a carousel outline instead.

RULES

Use only external conversations you're comfortable sharing publicly.

Never name a client or company without permission.

Lead with the moment from the call, not a generic lesson.

Keep each post to one idea.

Write in your own voice and skip hashtags and engagement bait.

What good looks like

A good draft starts with something that happened on a call and earns its lesson. A mediocre one reads like it could have come from any AI prompt.

GOOD

"A prospect asked me last week why we don't offer monthly contracts. I gave a bad answer. Here's the better one, now that I've thought about it."

MEDIOCRE

"Communication is key in sales. Here are five tips to improve your client conversations."

STARTER PROMPT

⧉ Copy

Use Fathom to pull my external meetings from the last 7 days. Read the transcripts and find up to 10 moments worth turning into a LinkedIn post: a lesson learned, a question a client asked, a strong opinion I shared, or a story with a clear point.

For each one, give me a one-line hook, the idea in two sentences and the line from the call it came from. Don't name clients or companies. Then ask me which three to write up in full, using my voice guide if I have one.

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

How do I turn my meetings into LinkedIn posts?

Connect Fathom to ChatGPT or Claude, ask it to scan your recent external calls for lessons, questions and opinions worth sharing, and pick the strongest few to draft. Keep client names out unless you have permission, and edit each draft before it goes out.

Is it safe to post about client calls?

Post about the idea, not the client. Strip names, companies and anything confidential, and ask first if you want to quote someone. The starter prompt leaves client names out by default.

Which Fathom plan do I need to run this skill in ChatGPT or Claude?

Any Fathom plan, including Free. The skill reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude, which is on every plan.

What is a LinkedIn post generator?

A LinkedIn post generator is an AI tool that drafts posts from a prompt or source material. Starting from your own call transcripts gives it real stories and opinions to work with, so drafts sound less generic than ones written from a one-line prompt.
