Request a mission

What it does

This mission works as an AI pitch deck generator that starts from a conversation. Capture a client meeting in Fathom, or start a call with yourself and talk an idea through. ChatGPT or Claude then reads the transcript, pulls out the thesis, the supporting points and the ask, and maps them onto a slide outline with a headline and speaker notes for each slide.

It works for board updates, commercial proposals and internal pitches alike.

Who it's for

Founders, executives and sellers who think faster talking than typing. If the story is already clear in your head, this gets it onto slides without starting from a blank deck.

The flight plan

Use it whenever you need a deck and the thinking already lives in your head or on a call.

  1. Connect Fathom to ChatGPT or Claude.
  2. Capture a client call, or start a meeting on your own and talk through the idea for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Run the starter prompt on that meeting.
  4. Edit the outline, then paste it into your slide tool or deck template.
  5. If it runs long, ask for a tighter version.

RULES

One idea per slide, written as a headline that makes a point.

Lead with the ask or the decision you need.

Use only numbers you said on the call or can source.

Keep your words. Tighten them, don't replace them.

Flag gaps instead of filling them.

What good looks like

A good outline tells the whole story through its headlines alone. A mediocre one is a list of topic labels.

GOOD

"Slide 3 headline: Mid-market deals close faster when finance joins the first call. Speaker notes: the pattern from last quarter's deals, plus the example I gave about the Atlas account."

MEDIOCRE

"Slide 3: Sales Process. Slide 4: Key Findings. Slide 5: Next Steps."

STARTER PROMPT

⧉ Copy

Use Fathom to find my meeting titled [meeting name] and read the full transcript.

Turn what I said into a first-draft presentation. Start with a one-line thesis and the ask. Then give me a slide-by-slide outline, up to 10 slides, with a headline that makes a point and short speaker notes for each.

Use my wording where you can. Don't invent numbers. Mark anything I need to fill in as [ADD].

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got you covered.

How do I turn a meeting into a presentation?

Capture the meeting in Fathom, connect Fathom to ChatGPT or Claude, and ask it to turn the transcript into a slide outline with a headline and speaker notes for each slide. Then paste the outline into your slide tool and edit.

Can I make a deck from a call with myself?

Yes. Start a meeting on your own, talk the idea through and let Fathom capture it. You get your thinking in your own words, ready to structure, without writing a first draft.

Which Fathom plan do I need to run this skill in ChatGPT or Claude?

Any Fathom plan, including Free. The skill reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration with ChatGPT and Claude, which is on every plan.

What is an AI pitch deck generator?

An AI pitch deck generator turns source material, like notes, a prompt or a transcript, into a structured deck draft. Starting from a real conversation keeps the story and the ask in your own words.
