MISSION
Most deals go quiet because the follow-up never gets sent. This mission writes a structured summary onto the Pipedrive deal and drafts a follow-up sequence from what the buyer said.

This mission handles your Pipedrive follow-up after every sales call. The AI reads the transcript through Fathom and writes a structured summary onto the deal: what the buyer needs, how interested they are on a 1–10 scale and an objection table with each objection, how you responded and whether it's resolved.
Then it drafts a follow-up sequence that runs from the day of the call to two weeks out, with each message built on something the buyer said. Run it in ChatGPT or Claude, or move it into an n8n workflow so it runs on every call.
Founders and sales reps on Pipedrive who run their own follow-up and want every deal to get a consistent sequence.
Run it after each sales call. Test it by hand first, then automate it with n8n.
Base the interest score on what the buyer said, and explain it in one line.
Quote each objection in the buyer's words.
Mark an objection resolved only if the buyer agreed.
Give every follow-up a reason to exist, tied to the call.
Stop the sequence as soon as the buyer replies.
A good deal card lets anyone pick up the deal cold. A mediocre one says the call went well.
"Interest: 7/10 (asked for pricing twice, wants a pilot in Q1). Objection: 'we tried a tool like this and nobody used it.' Response: shared onboarding plan. Resolved: partly. Day 4 follow-up: case study from a team the same size."
"Good call. Prospect seems interested. Follow up next week."
Use Fathom to get the transcript of my most recent sales call.
Write a deal summary with six sections: context, needs, decision process, timeline, interest score (1–10, with a one-line reason) and next steps. Add an objection table with columns for the objection in the buyer's words, type, my response and whether it was resolved.
Then draft six follow-up emails for Day 0, 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14. Each one should reference something specific from the call. On Day 4, include the case study from my list that best matches their situation.

Have AI read the call through Fathom, write the summary onto the Pipedrive deal and draft a follow-up sequence from what the buyer said. Run it in ChatGPT or Claude, or connect Fathom, an AI step and Pipedrive in n8n so it runs on every call.
Not when each one is tied to something the buyer said and the sequence stops the moment they reply. Cut it to fewer messages if your sales cycle is short.
Any Fathom plan, including Free. The ChatGPT or Claude version reads your calls through Fathom's MCP integration, and the n8n version connects through Fathom's Public API. Both are on every plan.
Pipedrive automations are workflows that update deals, create activities or send emails when something happens, like a deal changing stage. Pairing them with AI lets the details of each call drive the next step.
A new mission launches every 1–2 weeks – real ways Fathom users are turning meetings into content, intelligence, and outcomes nobody expects. Subscribe and we'll send the new ones as they go live.
